I enquired about Transport company via Justdial and got a call from a registered company at their website with “A J Global Logistics”. We agreed for transportation service in Rs 7000. Earlier they asked for 50% booking amount in advance (Rs 3500), after transferring they asked for full payment of Rs 7000. I did the same. Then, they asked for security deposit of Rs 3000. After making of Rs 10000, they started asking more money for transportation service and security deposit. They are not refunding at all and not picking up my phone. Justdial is simply ignoring my request by saying company is not listed on their site, and can be seen by anyone.
