My bank account was credited by 3300 from a loan app name hero rupeee . I didn’t apply for any such loan i was just exploring there app and they asked for details to file,which i filed and then deleted the app suddenly . They disbursed the amount without any kyc or my approval and now they are asking for 6040 rs with high charges . I tried contacting there customer care via chat and told them about full incident they said nothing can happen and we have to pay the amount or penalty charges will be applied. They have my aadhar card and pan card details which they might misuse and can threaten me in demand of money.
