I send money through bank transfer to my another account two times(total of 37000), but I didn’t add the first 5 numbers of the account number and the IFSC code given was correct. The money got deducted from my account, however it did not reflect on the other account. I had raised complaints to Google pay, they didn’t take any action nor did the bank.
