Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent transaction that I made using NEFT. On [insert date], I transferred an amount of 200 INR from my bank account to the recipient’s account using NEFT. According to my bank’s transaction details, the transfer was successful and the amount was debited from my account. However, the recipient’s website is stating that they have not received the payment yet, even though it has been more than 5 days since I made the transaction.
I have tried to contact the recipient’s customer support team multiple times but have received no response. I have also tried to resolve the issue with my bank, but they are unable to provide any assistance beyond confirming that the transfer was successful from their end.
I find this situation to be unacceptable and have been left with no option but to file this complaint. I urge you to investigate this matter as soon as possible and to ensure that the recipient receives the payment that I made. It is not fair that my hard-earned money is stuck in limbo due to a technical glitch or any other reason.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter and request you to keep me informed about any updates regarding the status of my payment. I also request that you take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future, and to improve your customer support services to avoid inconveniencing your customers.
