I have airtel black wifi connection ! Landline number is 020101829551. Registered name is Suman Chawla
I had raised a request for transfer connection to a different location within the city and i have not received any response since 2 days. I have received a number of Mr Dnyaneshwar Yelole and when i called him to come for installation he said he will not come. Since yesterday i have to connect to a responsible person but unable to! Everyone is transffering call to someone else and no one is supporting! Extremely pathetic service and this is absolutely harassing to the customers , you are charging payment for the wifi which i m not able to use as well! I need a executive for installation by today evening or else i will be forced to take some legal action against such service
