My prepaid Airtel number’s ownership is on my father’s name and the sim card has become defective due to which I am not able to use the mobile number.My father has expired hence I wish to transfer the ownership to myself
I have complete documentation for the same but the offline store at charni road is not cooperative and is not transferring the ownership saying they will transfer only if i switch to postpaid
This is very hostile
If my number itself is prepaid just to transfer the ownership why am I supposed to transfer to postpaid
