I Requested Jio team To Transfer My Jio Fibre Connection From My Old Address To A New Address On 1st April As I Need Connection On 3rd April As I Am Shifting To New House On 4th April. They Denied It & Told Due To Unavoidable Technical Reasons They Are Unable To Process My Request For Relocation. As My New Address Is Feasible And Asked Me To Take A New JioFiber Connection. They Will Be Able To Process Your Request By 15th April 2021. After 15th April, They Repeated The Same Thing Again & Told Me Will Be Able To Process By 22nd April 2021. After 22nd April, They Repeated The Same Thing Again & Told Me Will Be Able To Process By 30th April 2021.
Even I Called To Customer Care But They Repeated The Same Thing Again. Before Taking Their Connection, I Asked Them If Relocation Is Posibble To Which They Agreed.
Now Not Only They Denied To Transfer My Connection But Told Me To Take A New Connection OR Cancel Entirely. Is This The Way Of Cheating To Customers? Either I Want The Connection To Be Installed In My New House Or Give Me The Refund. This Happened In Chennai.
