I am writing this as your Customer Care and Sales team shows different picture.
I am working with TCS Gandhinagar.
I had 1 year subscription in Gandhinagar.
as I am shifting to Visnagar I requested my connection to be transferred to
29 Shivam Gurudev Bunglow
Near Kamana Circle Visnagar.
People residing in same Society are using GTPL service.
Now Customer Care states GTPL don’t provide service in that area and my Request is declined.
It’s Clear GTPL offices are operating independently and don’t follow Ethics.
Please look into this matter and do the needful.
