Currently I am using airtel broadband which offers 8mbps at @499 rs per month.It is a copper connection. On 17 September I have registered a request to change my copper connection to fiber which is offering 40mbps at same amount. Since than three different personals from Airtel have contacted with me to resolve my issue to which they have responded by saying that it will be resolved in 2 days. But it is not resolved till now and they have stopped picking up their phone. I have also contacted airtel customer care but they are not helping me to resolve my problem by saying it’s a time consuming process.
