My dad passed away and when I went into the VI store to get the number in my name because the number is provided with banks and other important documents, also my card that i was using was stopped working so wanted a replacement sim card, but I was informed that they cannot do it as the owner of the card is needed to be present, I informed them that my dad have passed away, i do need the number please help
