On May 2023 when I check my credit score on CRIF it shows that, I had loan in “TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED” for Rs: 60,000 and the remaining amount is Rs. 94,129/- showing in my CIBIL Report even the loan amount is not debited nor credited so I ignored, But today I have cheked where my cibil rapidly dropped, so it suggested to close unused loans after. When I searched for this company name in google there is no possible way to contact them got results of some apps in google but I’m sure I haven’t installed those apps till now nor I knew these apps there for loans my concern is without doing any kyc how I got that loan & I want to close that loan account. Now checking how other peoples also got loan from this even though they didn’t opened. Please look into it and closed the loan as earliest.
