I Ravi teja Gummadi am writing to file a complaint regarding an unauthorized loan taken out in my name by Transactree Technologies Private Limited. I did not apply for or authorize any loan with this company, and it is reflected in my credit report. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company and notify my bank, no satisfactory response has been received. I have also filed a police complaint (FIR No: [FIR Number]). I request the Consumer Court to investigate the matter, remove the fraudulent loan from my records, and direct Transactree Technologies to cancel the loan. I seek compensation for the distress and financial harm caused. Relevant documents, including my credit report, correspondence with the company, and police complaint, are attached for reference.
