I have noticed an active account for a short-term loan from Transactree Technologies Pvt Ltd listed on my CIBIL report, which I did not take out. This is negatively impacting my CIBIL score. It has been 20 days since I first reached out, and despite multiple reminders, I have not received any meaningful updates. landbox send me an email to escalating my concern to the Mobikwik team
