CRED Customer Care:-89-45;85-9201.Avalable Customer support.Amount Rs. 24, 317/- debited from my HDFC bank account no: ending XXXX2191.
But CRED app failed to receive amount and credit card bill payment was unsuccessful.
PhonePe showing it was successfully paid bill.
Money not refunded back to my account.
Now i got penalty from SBI card with interest.
Please immediately refund my money to my HDFC account with interest.
