I had orderd few groceries from ‘Dmart ready’ app. (Order no 19480271) Online Transaction done form UPI payment app from UNION Bank. Amount of Rs 1861/- has been debited from my Union bank account show that payment done to indiaideas@icici. But still ‘Dmart ready’ app shows payment has failed as they have not recive payment. UPI app notification is showing that payment is done to indiaideas@icici. ( UPI ref ID P2007271238196272684913) here with for your reference.
Trying to contact Dmart as well as billdesk/indiaideas@icici. Both are not treacable
Request you to please help me to get refund of my money as soon as possible.
