Yesterday (13th Nov, 2018) I Bidya Sagar Behera had tried to deposit the DTH Service bill through PayTm with my Debit Card in favor of my service provider named ORTEL COMMUNICATION. Instantly Money deucted from my Bank Account but the transaction was not successful. Thus I request your team to do the needful so that I can get my money back.
