Text of Complaint by Nikhil YEOLEKAR:

I had done a bill payment of Rs. 36540/- on 5th June but it failed at Postpe’s end. I am sending mail to them since 5th June but they are unresponsive. They send system-generated mail that it will be resolved in 7 working days but it’s more than 22 days.
They only ask by mail at what time shall we reach you but never calls. I initiated multiple emails but no response.
