Text of Complaint by Harsh:

Sir/Madam I tried to transfer money from from my Canara bank saving account through amazon pay UPI to bank account on 10.11.2020 transaction I’d 031510972752 at 10:56 AM of Rs2400/- but the status of transaction was shown pending. And till date neither the amount transferred to the beneficiary account nor the amount refunded back to my bank account. I had registered online complaint on Amazon site they had given 2 days time to refund the amount but it’s already 4 days passed but no payment get refund back. Kindly do the favourable action and refund my money back.
