I used freopay’s scan and pay option to make the payment of rs 1070 on 23rd of March 2022 but it failed on the merchant side and approved on my app.
I tool the picture of the merchant machine and screenshot of the app. I have emailed the freopay about the same instantly but no response. I have sent them atleast 5 email but they never replied. When I gave them one star on Play Store and i received an email from “Anjali P • support@newaccount1626237276282.freshdesk.com” that they will revert in 2 days. It’s now 10 days and still no response. They are sending me text message everyday about the late fee and the payment.
