Sir I have made a transaction of 19300 on 28 Feb through Phone Pay, said amount debited from my account but did not credited to Merchant. As I complain to Phone Pay they informed me that amount credited to Merchant account. But when I visit to Merchant and check account statement, no tranction of 19300 found . I visit to home branch of sbi they denied to help me. My transaction details as below .
