Codashop / payments have authorized and allowed scammers to use my mobile number for transactions. I filed a complaint and stated at no time did I ever have an account nor signed up for one. That my mobile number was used without my permission for monetary transactions and that these transactions should be blocked. They refused to investigate the accounts that have illegally used my mobile number to pay for digital goods on their website even though I have explicitly stated and showed proof that I do not have an account and I am not bound to their terms as I did not sign up for one and they have no record of me ever using their service. They have refused to cancel the illegal transactions made by the scammers or investigate my report even though I discovered and reported the illegal transactions within mere hours of the illegal activity.
