Text of Complaint by Vikas jain:

Iwas trying to receive fund from vikas jain transaction of 10000 . Payment successful transfer to QR but money not received by Bharat pe app .my Bharat pe login id mobile no. Is 9467118138. I received the message also that i received 10000 but money still not receive. I raise a complaint on Bharat pe app on 29th October. First they say wait for 24hrs and again wait for 24hrs to get an update and then the say u will surely get an update by 14th November and u will get money in your account . They create issue a complaint ticket id 10810448. Today it’s 17 still issue not resolved. I’m attaching screenshot of transaction statement transaction of 10000 on 29 th October
