On 10 feb 2021, I had make a payment for JIO recharge which was deducted from my account of Rs. 2498/- but still I was not done and money was debited from my account. Revenue ID :- BR0005SZWKZF . I had taken a confirmation from my bank , as per my bank transaction was successfully debited from my account but unfortunately the amount was not credited in my JIO account and also it is not showing in my transaction history.
I am a senior citizen and can’t take a more load, so I request you to resolve my issue on priority .
