on 14/08/2020 have send 20000 amount from SBI  account number:(20229434214).
Ifsc code:SBIN0000867.
Branch: kuzhithurai
send to kotak Mahindra bank through phonepe upi transaction

LOTTE INDIA CORPORATION LTD-
 -A/C NO 9900175102310806
BANK NAME – KOTAK BANK. BRANCH -MUMBAI  .IFSC CODE -KKBK0000958,
UTR number is:          022713511405
There is  no valid response from bank & phonepe side.iam waiting for the amount for last 5 days till now the amount is not credited
Please help me to credit that amount
To benificier or refund to my account

  1. I have recharge my smart meter with phonepay and I get notifications that the money not received to the meter and money is also debited from my sbi account. When I call to smart meter help desk they didn’t reply.
    Please help me .
