This transaction is showing withdraw completed but its not credited in my bank account. Customer care is not ready to give any proper explanation regarding that. they are asking for bank letter that transaction is not seen like that, the bank manager is not ready to provide anything if its not reach the bank side. so they are not responsible for that. Continuously customer care person just copy and paste the same reply they are not ready to check what I’m saying.
