Iv made my payment on 20th of September to my mobile merchant 1st payment it showed me pending so I tried one more time and 2nd payment got processed… I called paytm because my account was debited twice and amount was 4400 no one helped me … I went to my bank and checked with my bank they said to callback paytm and ask to charge back… I called paytm then they said need merchant statement I uploaded statement then they said upload written consent from merchant … Its been 3 days now neither iv received my payment nor I got my refund back … no one is ready to help
