On Jan 1st I had tried to make a transaction through zest money on Myntra. That transaction failed and i did it with my Visa one credit card. Now Zest money shows that i have a loan from them of 3836 with 3 emi. I’ve reported fraud multiple times, the customer service still doesn’t have a resolution and are repeatedly calling me to pay off the loan after reporting fraud multiple times. Please help.
