Text of Complaint by Mo. Saif Alam:

Dear Airtel,
I recharged for sim for 558RS through your airtel app on 20th april 2020. Amount got deducted but transaction failed. As it usually happens amount gets reverted with in 2-3 days so i waited but even after 4 days i didn’t get any update. I tried reaching your customer support through mails and calls but it seems nothing can help me during this lockdown. Please take this issue in priority and revert the amount as soon as possible.

I sent the above mail to all possible mails provided from airtel for support purpose. But they didn’t respond to any of them. I even tried reaching them on social media plateform. But they didn’t respond.
And one more payment made through their airtel app always fail and they return the amount it has happened with me twice. their coupon ad is fraud.
