Today was the last day of my prepaid validity on Airtel. I opted for online payment through their site. The money was deducted from the bank but the transaction failed. Their app is of no use for specific complaint. My outgoing will be stopped at midnight although I have paid for their annual plan. Why should I suffer because of their technical fault?
