My number 9500197404 was postpaid. i changed it into prepaid. After that i have done first recharge through shop, then i continuously tried to recharge through online. But it is showing “transaction failed due to incorrect telecom circle of recipient number”. I already add Rs. 399 in my Airtel Payment Bank. Now, Airtel is neither returning my money nor recharging and even not porting my number into other network. please help. This is the worst network and services. And i have tried many time to call customer care but they didn’t provide any solution and i visited to Airtel office also that is in Unitech, New Town, Kolkata. but they also didn’t provide nay solution. Always they asked me to leave from office because their services are down.

Same is happening now with my number as well. The customer care is not providing any help.
