On 20th Jan 2021, Fund transfer of Rs 19000 failed while doing it using BHIM App. My Saving bank account of Union bank of India was debited with Rs. 19,000. The beneficiary account of State Bank of India was not credited with this amount. By raising the concern in BHIM app, they reverted back that the amount was not debited. I had provided the transaction failure details of BHIM as well as account statement of my saving bank. Both mentioning the same transaction ID – 102018642283. I am not getting any response from Union bank of India also.
