Hello,
On 25 November at 01:38 am I initiated a transaction of Rs.2666 to buy Gold from Google Pay app. Rs.2666 got debited from my bank account but later it reflected as transaction failed on Google Pay. So money went to Google Pay but I didnt get the Gold for amount of Rs 2666.
I contacted Google Pay twice by chat and both chat agents told me that I will get the refund within 3 working days. The time duration of 3 working hass has passed now and I havent recived the refund nor did I receive the Gold in my Google Pay account. Please help in receiving the refund of Rs.2666 and compensation of my loss of business as I was unable to buy Gold and still waiting to buy Gold once I get my money back.
The compensation amount is Rs.2000.
