Dear Sir/Madam,
I have an issue with this transaction since 16th June 2020. I raised the issue with Google Pay many times and share bank statement of both sender and receiver with Google Pay for resolution of issue. But the issue was never resolved.
Latter on 8th August 2020 I was notified by Google Pay that the transaction has failed. After that, I was asked to contact my bank branch for this today. I went there and they denied any involvement in this transaction as the transaction has been made via Google Pay. They told me that this issue can be resolved by only Google Pay as the money is with their server.
So I request you to kindly resolve my issue and help me get my money back. If it is not resolved in next 3 working days, I will be logging a legal complaint against Googlepay in this.
