On 17th of May when I tried to recharge (for ₹219) through PAYTM I received a message from AIRTEL that the transaction is failed and the amount deducted will be returned within 2-7 days. So I tried again through SBI and recharged successfully for ₹219.
To my surprise on the same day again another recharge for ₹ 219 was made. Only after getting message from AIRTEL about the failure of transaction I recharged through SBI. My question is why another recharge was made by AIRTEL instead of refund. It is totally wrong. If my amount is not returned I will surrender this sim I will never use or recommend AIRTEL after the expiry of these two recharge period.
