I am saurabh kaushik. My jio number is 7015167685. I tried to recharge in my jio number on 10th of july of 448 plan through jio application using SBI internet banking. Money has been deducted from my account and then transaction is failed but i did not get money back in my account yet. The transaction id/reference no. is QSBI7743606860IGAGOGTCA6 . I have already contacted in my bank and they took complaint but said to also contact to jio for the solution . Please solve this issue as soon as possible . I ll wait for your positive response.
