On 23/11/2018 i made payment of Rs. 1175/- to airtel against my bill for landline/ boardband no 01143466554 which i understand from airtel after repeated mails/ remindres that they have not received the payment whereas you have already issued me the receipt confirming that payment was successful. My phone no. Used for the transaction is 9818777631 or 9911730055. Please look into the matter & arrange to refund the money to me. As i have already made the payment to airtel.
Hope to recipe a positive response from ur side. If you require the mail received from airtel confirming non receipt of the amount can be sent.
