Hi, I have opened a Kotak 811 account, after that it asked to put 2000 rs in the account,i have done payment from my union bank of india net banking, the transaction was successfully done, but here the amount in kotak was not reflecting for the same. The transaction details showing my net banking was done to EPAY /IBIBO WEB PVT LTD/558863906
,It is my hard earned money, please make my refund for rs2000.After hearing a lot of positive talk about kotak811 account i have opened an account it, but now i am feeling the pain.
