I took a loan from Mobipocket for 153000/- where the amount credited is only 10300/- with 10 days tenure. The repayment amount in 10 days is 15398/- which is so huge for loan availers. Now coming to my issue. My due date was on 1st sep and I have made 15398/- payment via UPI option through my IndusMobile app. The Payment went from my account and the same is reflecting in my bank statement as well. However they have not received the credit due to technical issue. I approached my bank and they informed me that it will take 7-15 days for transaction reversal or to credit the beneficiary account. I gave the bank statement and transaction details to Mobipocket yet they did not understand or address my issue. They kept sending harassing messages on WhatsApp, contacted my referral. I am unable to bear their torture moreover, they charged 900 late fee for 5 days and now without any option I arranged money to make payment again. This time payment is successful. But I want to complain about their behaviour and ban their app completely from playstore. The first payment I made is still stuck and God only knows what will happen to it. Such apps have uneducated and unethical people in their team. Please take action against them and the late fee of 900 should be refunded to me.
