Description of Complaint: I received a transaction alert from my bank stating that ₹295 was debited from my account (SB-xxx8793) via debit card at Nagpur-Ram Nagar at 23:05:51. However, I just linked account with upi Paytm and made a transaction of ₹1 to one person. This discrepancy in the transaction amount is the cause of my complaint.
Expected Resolution: I request the bank to investigate this matter, and requesting for refund that rs 295 amount or give a valid reason behind this transaction.
