Hello I booked a ticket from khammam to Satna on 29th Dec 2020 in Ganga kaveri express train via phone number 9866853366. IRCTC I’d is showing that ticket was cancelled and amount has been refunded to MMT Rs 2160 but my MMT app is showing successful booking and I haven’t been refunded the amount. Screenshot attached for your reference
Kindly solve the discrepancies
