Im the zoomcar host.
Mentally they are tourchering us by not responding to the queries. Your car will not reach back to ur place but in application its showing trip completed. And we have to wait for couple of days to car get back ur home. They are not refunding my traffic challan 2070 rupees from august. They are sending mail that your challan will refund in upcoming Invoice but like that 20 days went. They are Sending mails that your challan will refund couple of times. But its not refunding. Bloody morals idiots and taking incorrect penalties bastards.
