I would like to register a complaint against trading app named BITQUANT. I got this link through my cousin and got registered to the app as on 6/8/23. I initially deposited for Rs 3000 through gpay and followed their trading instructions posted every day at 8.30 pm and the trading has to be completed before 9.00 pm. And there is only a particular time to withdraw the cash as per their terms which is inbetween 7am to 9 am from Monday to Friday. As on 2nd and 3rd of September they started with two profit signals for successfully completing their 3 year service and on 3rd September night got a message through WhatsApp stating “BIT Qauant customer reserves must be Transferred from the third-party payment company PAYTM to the State Bank of India (Indian government-controlled bank), which is supervised by the State Bank of India, and user funds including but not limited to recharges, withdrawals, and Taxes must be settled by the State Bank of India. BIT Quant will be settled by the State Bank of India in September 2023. From September 4 to September 7, 2023, the withdrawal channel will be temporarily closed and funds will be transferred to the State Bank of India. On September 8, 2023, customer funds will be settled via the State Bank of India”. Early on 8th of September around 7 am in the morning they are initiating people to pay 6000 for kyc completion before 11th of September else the bit account wil get ceased and cannot trade. The amount deposited and earned through the app cannot be withdrawn unless the payment occurs. Also the bank account wil get blocked due to non payment for kyc charges.
Kindly look into the issue and help me to get my money back. There are 4 community members added to the group as admin and the details has been disclosed below.
