These 2 companies are offering online product shopping and taking money in advance on the sites mentioned. they are using payment gateways and wallets to collect money. maintaining fraud customer support numbers. On contacting them they are trying to cheat again by telling that they are refunding money using phone pay app and asking to send amount to check the account to refund.
also asking for the OTPs received from bank to further cheat the customers by transferring money from their credit cards/ debit cards.
