I have ordered 4 items of amount Rs. 3000 /- which already paid from amazon on February 1, 2019.
1 out of 4 is received but 3 out of 4 are not received. But in my amazon account shows all items are delivered but I did not received any orders and no body call me to receive these orders.
When i called to customer service and raised a complain against it they told me that investigation will take time and in between you will be contacted for the updates and your issue will be resolved till 20 february.
After long time waiting when I called to customer care the said “INVESTIGATION IS DONE AND WE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE, EITHER REFUND OR RETURN”. This was very disappointing what experienced first time.
I also asked if orders are delivered please let me know my signature or any proof but they (SHIVANI ONE OF THE REPRESENTATIVE, SHE IS VERY RUDE)
Please review and try to resolve and teach them a lesson if it is happening with me, probably others might be treated same which is not good.
