The tracking was showing it is delivered, I have checked with my family members, and neighbors but did not receive. I have contacted the team and they agreed that it was their mistake and deliver it in two days. After 3days, I have contacted them again and they said I need to wait one more week. I said it’s too long, then without asking me permission/opinion they have raised the refund. All my 5 days waiting got wasted. They are not every ready to offer token for apologies. I would like to claim my days, stress, efforts, interest for the money, and the penalty for keeping me waiting. I have got the transcripts as proof of evidence.
