I have paid rs3999 for a phone where the amount was deducted and notified me that my payment and buying of the article was successful.Its been months now but I haven’t got any tracking ID or not have any notification about the parcel which I was expecting eagerly.The ad said that we can get the prepaid orders within 5 to 6 working days.Now what I want is for the company to provide me tracking ID /if the parcel has been dispatched? or please refund the amount if you guys can’t sent the ordered products.
