TPWODL is not serving properly as well as not resolving any issues. The meter reading person is taking incorrect readings as well as every month they are sending higher bills beyond utilization.
Also for a newly installed meter, they are not sending bills for the month of 2 months. TPWODL is manipulating the bills so that they can charge a higher amount.
