In https://portal.tpcentralodisha.com:8079/ConsumerPortal/payment_gateway_qp_m.jsp almost every time the billing amount exceeds than the bill served by meter reader. This does not happen only with a particular consumer no but with other no.s too. I can share the screen shots. This has been happening for last 6 months or so but may not be every month. In Apr2022 I paid extra 1/- assuming it as a one time error. But in June, July and Sep too this issue persists,
