The tower present at Dhavali Ponda Goa was shut down almost 2 months ago, without asking anyone. Nobody knows the reason and jio hasn’t done anything eversince.
My family has recharged for entire year so what is the use? This is so unfair. The condition is so bad that we’re not even able to make calls, forget about using internet.
Please take some action as soon as possible because in current situation internet can be compared to oxygen. Most of the people are dependent on it and so am I.
I tried contacting on Jio care, they’re prompting a response “Move to a place with better network connection.” So does it mean, I’ve to shift my house for network? What kind of a joke is it?
How can you call yourself most widespread network without doing anything about it?
