This is to inform your goodself that your company Bharti infratel is installing a mobile tower in my property without the permission of mine, i came to know by the reliable sources that you had made an agreement with any mischievous person/tout. In this context i visited your office many times at srinagar but all the time i found your office locked and when contacted telephonically at your head office no one is showing the responsible behaviour.
By the virtue of this mail it is requested you talk with me on my no. given below.
I advice you to stop the work of tower immediately.
I MAILED THIS ONLY BCOZ NO ONE IS GIVING RESPONSE FROM BHARTI INFRATEL AND THIS TOWER BELONGS TO AIRTEL COMPANY.
I HAVE ALREADY FILED A PETITION IN THE HONB’LE COURT FOR STAY ORDER AND COMPENSATION FOR YOUR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, NOW ALSO I M APPROACHING TO CONSUMER COURT.
